Automatic Data Deletion

Vengeful Survival: Story game automatically deletes inactive accounts and associated data to maintain data hygiene and comply with privacy regulations. Your data is deleted automatically according to the following schedule:

Deletion Timeline

  1. 365 Days of Inactivity: If your account has no activity (no login, no gameplay actions) for 365 days, it is marked for deletion.
  2. Reminder Notification: When your account reaches 365 days of inactivity, you will receive a reminder notification (if contact information is available) informing you that your account will be deleted.
  3. 90-Day Grace Period: After the reminder, you have 90 days to log in and reactivate your account. Any activity during this period resets the deletion timer.
  4. Automatic Deletion: If no activity occurs within 90 days after the reminder, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Total Retention Period

The maximum retention period for inactive accounts is:

365 days (inactivity) + 90 days (reminder period) = 455 days total

What Data is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account Information: Username, email address, password hash
  • Game Data: All player progression, XP, levels, wealth tiers
  • Financial Data: Balance sheet, bank balance, properties, investments
  • Gameplay Data: Farms, crops, animals, shop orders, lotto tickets
  • Statistics: Achievements, trophies, gameplay statistics
  • Settings: Game preferences and configurations
  • Session Data: All game session information

Note: Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you want to delete your account before proceeding.

Preventing Automatic Deletion

To prevent automatic deletion of your account:

  • Regular Activity: Log in and play at least once every 365 days
  • Respond to Reminders: If you receive a deletion reminder, log in to reset the timer
  • Keep Contact Updated: Ensure your email is current to receive reminders

Manual Data Deletion Request

You can request immediate deletion of your account and data at any time:

  1. Log in to your Vengeful Survival: Story game account
  2. Navigate to your profile settings
  3. Select "Delete Account" option
  4. Confirm the deletion request
  5. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days

Alternative: Contact us directly to request account deletion if you cannot access your account.

Data Backup Before Deletion

Before your account is deleted, you may want to:

  • Export your game statistics and achievements
  • Take screenshots of your progress
  • Note your account details for reference

Important: We do not provide data export functionality. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Guest Accounts

Guest accounts follow the same deletion policy:

  • 365 days of inactivity triggers deletion process
  • 90-day reminder period applies
  • Total retention: 455 days maximum
  • No email reminders (guest accounts don't have email addresses)

Tip: Consider converting your guest account to an email account to receive deletion reminders.

Legal Basis for Deletion

We delete inactive accounts to:

  • Comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Maintain data hygiene and reduce storage costs
  • Protect user privacy by removing unused accounts
