Bank Account

Your bank account holds your cash:

Credit Score

Your credit score affects loan availability:

  • Starts at a base level
  • Increases with on-time loan payments
  • Decreases with missed payments
  • Required for certain unlocks

Target Scores:

  • 580: Basic loans
  • 700: Large loans, Manager Tier 4
  • 800: Prime Borrower achievement

Loans

Taking Loans

Borrow money from the bank:

  • Basic Loans: Unlocked at Level 4, Wealth Tier 3, Credit 580
  • Large Loans: Unlocked at Level 10, Wealth Tier 6, Credit 700
  • Loans have interest rates
  • Monthly payments required

XP Reward: Taking loans gives 20 XP.

Loan Payments

Make monthly loan payments:

  • Payments due monthly
  • On-time payments improve credit
  • Missed payments hurt credit
  • Can pay off loans early

XP Reward: On-time payments give 8 XP. Early payoff gives 15 XP.

Farm Account

Farms share a single farm account:

  • Separate from bank account

  • Can transfer to/from bank
