Buying Land

Start by purchasing land:

  1. Navigate to Earn → Property → Property Market
  2. Browse available land plots
  3. Select a plot and purchase
  4. Land becomes available for building

Building Types

Residential Buildings

  • Basic: Unlocked at Level 5, Wealth Tier 2
  • Apartments: Unlocked at Level 8, Wealth Tier 3
  • Towers: Unlocked at Level 16, Wealth Tier 7
  • Megablocks: Unlocked at Level 20, Wealth Tier 9

Other Building Types

  • Commercial: For business operations
  • Industrial: For manufacturing
  • Farm Buildings: For agricultural operations

Building Construction

Construct buildings on your land:

  1. Select your land plot
  2. Choose building type
  3. Pay construction costs
  4. Wait for construction to complete

XP Reward: Building construction gives 40 XP.

Tenant Management

Listing Units for Rent

List units in your buildings for rent:

  • Select building and unit
  • Set rental price
  • List unit for rent
  • Wait for tenants to move in

XP Reward: Listing a unit gives 3 XP.

Tenant Moves

Tenants move in and out automatically:

  • Tenants move in based on market conditions
  • Tenants move out periodically
  • Notifications alert you to tenant events
  • Income updates automatically

XP Reward: Tenant moves in gives 5 XP.

Rent Collection

Manual Collection

Collect rent manually anytime:

  • Navigate to property
  • Tap "Collect Rent"
  • Rent added to bank balance
  • Income tracked on balance sheet

XP Reward: Manual rent collection gives 10 XP.

Manager Collection

Hire building managers for automatic collection:

  • Managers collect rent automatically
  • Collection happens on time skip
  • No manual intervention needed
  • Manager salary deducted monthly

XP Reward: Manager collection gives 6 XP per collection.

XP Reward: Hiring a building manager gives 15 XP.

Property Managers

Building managers automate property operations:

  • Automatic rent collection
